2024 Important Election Dates

Monday, February  5, 2024 : Deadline to register to vote for Primary Election.

Feb. 20-March.1, 2024 : Early Voting period (Nueces County Elections website will have list of Early Voting locations and Election Day Vote Centers posted in about a week, according to the County Clerk’s office.)

Friday, Feb. 23, 2024 : Deadline for eligible Nueces County residents to request a mail-in ballot (must be received by the county by this date)

Tuesday, March 5, 2024: Last day to Receive Ballot by Mail. Tuesday, March 5, 2024 (Election Day) at 7:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is not postmarked, OR Wednesday, March 6, 2024 (next business day after Election Day) at 5:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 p.m. at the location of the election on Election Day (unless overseas or military voter deadlines apply)
