In this dynamic course you will learn strategies to improve team engagement, increase team effectiveness, improve communication and increase productivity by learning to work within your unique strength. This course supports development of self awareness, emotional intelligence and provides understanding of your unique bias. Participants will develop cultural awareness, learn to listen empathically, build trust, and develop communication strategies that support the development of high-performance teams.
