Adopt-a-Beach April 22 Clean Up

Thank you to the wonderful Adopt-a-Beach coordinators (One of the Coordinators was Island Democrat John Vaughn), volunteers and the kiddos from Miller High School ROTC. These wonderful folks came out to North Padre Island to help pick up litter on the beach. What a fantastic community we have on the Island. Monday, February 5, 2024 : Deadline to register to vote for Primary Election.

Feb. 20-March.1, 2024 : Early Voting period (Nueces County Elections website will have list of Early Voting locations and Election Day Vote Centers posted in about a week, according to the County Clerk’s office.)

Friday, Feb. 23, 2024 : Deadline for eligible Nueces County residents to request a mail-in ballot (must be received by the county by this date)

Tuesday, March 5, 2024: Last day to Receive Ballot by Mail. Tuesday, March 5, 2024 (Election Day) at 7:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is not postmarked, OR Wednesday, March 6, 2024 (next business day after Election Day) at 5:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 p.m. at the location of the election on Election Day (unless overseas or military voter deadlines apply)
