Island Democrats hold monthly Third Thursday Happy Hours at 5:30 pm. These social events are held at different member homes, local restaurants, the beach and/or Island bars. Please call/text Victoria at 361-548-6804 or email registerbluevoters@gmail.com
Other meetings include a monthly First Tuesday Precinct 40 business meeting (location varies call/text Victoria 361-548-6804 for location) and weekly coffee at 10 am at the Island Starbucks.

Join Texas AFT for a special Facebook & YouTube live event on Wednesday, May 3 from 6-6:30 p.m. (central time). The event will feature guest speakers hosted by Texas AFT President Zeph Capo. Legislative updates on pay raise bills for public employees will be provided along with a special “Call for Action,” where participants can help Texas AFT win the respect all public education employees deserve.
