The Nueces County Democratic Party will hold its 2026 County Convention on Saturday, March 21 at the Nueces County Courthouse (901 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, TX 78401) in the Central Jury Room. Convention check-in will begin at 9 a.m., and the convention will start at 10 a.m. Convention committees will include Rules, Nominations, Credentials, and Resolutions.
If you are interested in serving as a delegate to the Texas Democratic Party State Convention, which will be held at the Hilliard Center (formerly American Bank Center) in Corpus Christi from June 25–27, you must attend the county convention to be eligible for selection.
Delegate allocations are as follows:
Nueces County Congressional District 27 will have 21 delegates out of 329.
Nueces County Congressional District 34 will have 118 delegates out of 284.
